First, it's all about location. The location is near prime area. Only 5-10 minutes walk to Binus University, Moestopo University, Senayan City, SCTV Tower, Plaza Senayan, and Ratu Plaza. For those using transjakarta busway (route Blok M-Kota), you can go from Masjid Agung bus stop, or Bundaran Senayan bus stop and take a walk from there.
Although near Senayan prime business area, the house itself is located in a comfortable and quiet residential environment, with beautiful and refreshing atmosphere. For those having business or appoinment in Senayan area, this is the place for you to stay, for a quick getaway from your hectic job. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sangat mencewakan! we have to wait for over 2 hours and bcs the receptionist said he couldn't find our booking and then he contacted his manager but thinks is getting more annoying because, she said that our booked are not in their system. we suddenly contact Traveloka and then airy room to get insight, but still that "gaptek" receiptionist made us waiting for so long. glad, finally they find our booked, no compensation, no sorry, talking too much about sh*t. Not recommended at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Single room is very tiny & creepy (It's located on parking basement), toilet was extremely smelly and under expectation; especially the hygiene level, but the owner is very responsible to give me another room because we have found some baby cockroaches inside (Don't get me wrong). Service is good tho..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Australian partner stayed here recently and he really enjoyed it. Rooms are very well maintained with A/C. It is in a very quiet area also. The owners are extremely helpful. There is a pleasant cafe located inside. I highly recommend this for either short/long term accommodation that's very close to the city centre
