★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masnya yg mbenerin motor baik2 sih,komunikatif,tempat nunggunya ada free teh botol atopun kopi seduh sendiri,ada tv kecil yg lumayan nunggu jd g garing.
 The guy who fixes the motorbike is fine, communicative, the waiting area has free bottled tea or brewed coffee, there's a small TV that's pretty good waiting to be dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempatnya nyaman banget, buat antri ada yg ruang smoking n ac, disediakan cemilan n minuman untuk menunggu, buka sampe jam set 8 mlm kalo weekday, ramah2 pula orgnya. mantap
the place is really comfortable, for queuing there are smoking rooms and airconditioners, provided snacks and drinks to wait, open until set hours 8 mlm if weekday, also friendly orgnya. steady

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan service bagus dan murah, tapi pelayanan mba mba kasir ga sopan ! Tidak cepat menyambut saat customer datang, tidak ramah dan kurang senyum... bad banget !
The service is good and cheap, but the service from the cashier is not polite! Not quick to welcome when customers come, not friendly and not smiling... really bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pegawai bagian kasir jutek banget. gak punya tata krama, buka tutup pintu ruang tunggu main gebrag-gebrug ajah. pas pembayaran juga mukanya judes, cuman liatin monitor ajah tanpa senyum. kesannya kayak nagih hutang sama customer.
sisanya sih ramah-ramah terutama montir, dll. pelayanan dan servicenya oke kok. minuman lengkap dan bergaransi 1-2 minggu.
emang pegawai yg cewek-ceweknya ajah yg bermasalah.
the cashier's clerk is really rude. don't have manners, open and close the door to the waiting room, just play around. when I paid my face was bitchy, I just looked at the monitor without smiling. The impression is like collecting debt from the customer.
the rest are friendly, especially mechanics, etc. the service and service is okay. complete drinks and 1-2 weeks warranty.
It's the female employees who are the problem.
