β β β β β Sedikit kecewa pas servis motor terakhir di sini. Yang jadi masalah adalah ketika pihak mekanik menyarankan untuk mengganti part motor, tidak ditunjukkan daftar katalog spareparts yang mau diganti, malahan ybs mematok harga tertinggi dari spareparts tersebut di beberapa olshop, parah banget kan!!! Come on guys, kalian itu jualan nama besar Honda lho, bukan bengkel umum yg bisa seenaknya matok margin profit. Kalo seperti itu caranya, saya yakin pelanggan juga akan berfikir ulang untuk datang kembali. Kemudian yang kedua, masalah standar waktu pelayanan servis. Jadi pada saat sy servis motor, montirnya bilang bisa ditunggu namun ybs tidak bisa mengestimasi berapa lama waktu pengerjaan dan akan selesai jam berapa. Itu mungkin saya maklumi jika harus turun mesin, lah ini cuma ganti oli & servis rutin memakan waktu hampir 3 jam dengan posisi tidak ada antrian (motor langsung naik pas dateng ke bengkel). Satu lagi masalah prokes pencegahan covid-19, kursi tunggu customer tidak diberikan marking untuk jaga jarak. Yang terjadi adalah ketika saya memposisikan diri untuk social distancing, orang lain dengan seenaknya duduk persis di sebelah saya tanpa mengindahkan protokol yang memang nggak disetel sama pengelola bengkel. Dikira Covid takut sama gemuk & oli kali ya ?.
A little disappointed when the last motorbike service was here. The problem is that when the mechanic suggests replacing a motorbike part, a catalog of spare parts that want to be replaced is not shown, instead he fixes the highest price for these spare parts in several shops, really bad! Come on, guys, you guys are selling big names Honda, you know, not a public repair shop that can blindly reduce profit margins. If that's the way, I'm sure customers will also think again about coming back. Then the second, the problem of service time standards. So when I serviced the motorbike, the mechanic said he could wait, but he couldn't estimate how long it would take and what time it would be finished. I probably understand if I have to get off the engine, this is just an oil change & routine servicing takes almost 3 hours with no queuing position (the motor immediately goes up when it comes to the workshop). One more problem with the COVID-19 prevention process, customer waiting chairs are not marked to maintain distance. What happens is when I position myself for social distancing, other people casually sit right next to me without heeding the protocols that are not set by the workshop manager. Think Covid is afraid of fat & oil, huh ?.

β β β β β Dibalik servis yg baik, terdapat fasilitas ruang tunggu yg keren.
Ber-AC (dingin), ber-TV (nyala + channel), ber-free minum (kopi/teh + gula), ber-CCTV, dan yg terpenting ber-free WIFI (kenceng).
Jadi gak boring saat nunggu motor di-servis.
Behind good service, there is a cool waiting room facility.
Air-conditioned (cold), air-TV (on + channel), free drinking (coffee / tea + sugar), CCTV, and most importantly free WIFI (fast).
So it's not boring when waiting for the motor to be serviced.

β β β β β Terlalu mahal masa cuman ganti oli mesin spx 2 dan ganti oli garden kena 92.000 Rp. Dan tidak di kasih kwitansi ( bon ).
It's too expensive when you just change the SPX 2 engine oil and change the garden oil, you get 92,000 Rp. And not given a receipt (bon).
