★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lumayan bagus lah, pelayanannya ketimbang Ahass yg di Warakas buat di Priok ini recommended, tapi sayang antriannya penuh meningan klo mau servis booking antrian dlu sehari sebelumnya biar ga nunggu lama sampe seharian....
 It's pretty good, the service compared to Ahass in Warakas for Priok is recommended, but unfortunately the queue is full, it's better if you want to service the queue the day before so you don't have to wait all day long....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang pas hari jumat, langsung dilayani, ga pake nunggu. Hasilnya lumayan enak mesin motornya. Jika ada keluhan lagi bisa Kembali dateng. Pas bayar dikasih voucher 100k untuk studio foto dikelapa Gading.
Came on Friday, served immediately, no waiting. The result is pretty good engine motor. If there are more complaints, you can come back. When I paid, I was given a 100k voucher for the Gading coconut photo studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agak kecewa sih. Ini kayaknya ada mark-up harga sparepartnya, aku bandingkan dengan harga partnya di web honda cengkareng. Gak tau ya klo misalnya di setiap ahass itu bisa beda harga tapi aneh aja sih harga bisa beda ampe 45rb dong padahal kode partnya sama?. Untung mekanik yang handel motor saya bagus jadi kesan saya ke bengkelnya gak jelek2 amat.
I'm a bit disappointed. It seems that there is a mark-up on the price of the spare part, I compared it with the price of the part on the Honda Cengkareng website. I don't know, for example, in each Ahass, the price can be different, but it's strange that the price can be up to 45 thousand, even though the part code is the same?. Luckily the mechanic who handles my motorbike is good, so my impression of the workshop is not too bad.

Udh booking dari hari Kamis 10/02/22 buat hari Sabtu 12/02/22 dengan nomer urut 1 dikasih taunya
Namun ternyata pas hari H baru dikabarin bahwa mekanik yang saya request tdk ada (kenapa gak dikabarin dan gaada konfirmasi samsek ke saya) kan bisa langsung ubah ke mekanik siapapun kalo gitu.
Akhirnya diselang 1 antrian which is 1-1,5jam dengan alasan “yang ini juga udah booking kemarin” lah kan samasama booking? dari hari Kamis malah dan pihak leojaya sendiri yang bilang nomer antrian 1 untuk hari Sabtu 12/02/22
Pas di kasih masukan langsung juga respons nya jutek, dan saya kasih masukan by wa booking juga gak dibales. Entahlah mungkin emang karena lagi hectic
Not recommended pelayanannya, mohon untuk dievaluasi ya agar kenyamanan pelanggan tetap terjaga. Terimakasih?
I'm really disappointed to be honest
Already booked from Thursday 10/02/22 to Saturday 12/02/22 with serial number 1 given the information
However, it turned out that on the D day, I was just informed that the mechanic I requested was not available (why didn't it be reported and there was no confirmation from the Samsek to me) I could immediately change it to any mechanic, if that's the case.
Finally, after 1 queue which is 1-1.5 hours with the reason "this one was booked yesterday", it's the same booking from Thursday instead and Leojaya himself said queue number 1 for Saturday 12/02/22
When I was given direct input, the response was sloppy, and I gave input by wa booking, but there was also no response. I don't know maybe it's because it's hectic
Not recommended service, please evaluate it so that customer comfort is maintained. Thank you?
