★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya ga tau gimana SOP honda, singkat cerita battery sya masih garansi tapi sudah soak,saya juga ga ngerti ada kesalahan dari mana,makanya langsung bawa ke tmpt ini,penjaga bengkel bilang ga ad casan accu,harus cas di luar,saya minta tolong diakali,katanya ga bisa,ya udah karna masih garansi saya minta claim,malah dia dengan nada tinggi jelasin SOP yg ada,
Baru lah dia jalanin SOP dan ternyata ada casan accu,
Coba tolong untuk di perbaiki pelayanannya,jika memang ada SOP kenapa tidak dari awal di proses sesuai SOP ?
*Bukan kecewa dengan honda,hanya kecewa dengan servis ahass honda 1089 ini

Try to improve the service, if there is an SOP why not process it according to the SOP from the start?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman 2 tahun lalu, Nipu kntl emng mekaniknya, service + ganti oli, ditawarin buat service cvt sekalian, akhirnya oke lah
Sambil ane pantau ternyata cvt gadiapa2in, dibuka juga kaga, Sengaja ane diemin ga komplain, kayanya emang udah modusnya ky gitu.
Mending cari bengkel lain !
Experience 2 years ago, Nipu knows the mechanic, service + oil change, was offered for CVT service, finally okay
While I was watching, it turned out that the CVT did nothing, didn't it even open, I deliberately left no complaints, it seems that the mode is like that.
Better find another workshop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang ramah. Apalagi cicih2nya, jutek, ngeselin, nyolot. Walaupun owner tolonglah usaha di bidang jasa attitude dan cara melayani customernya diperbaiki. Kalo senyum enak loh. Ini mah bikin males balik lagi, kapok. Dari cara bicaranya jga sperti ngremehin orang, mentang2 cuma punya motor kali dipikirnya. Trimakasih

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayaknya semua bengkel ahass memang tipu² karna motor kita dijadikan kelinci percobaan sama anak-anak magang yg gak punya pengalaman sama sekali di bidang mekanik otomotif, motor sparepartnya gak ada yg rusak eh malah bilangnya rusak suruh ganti ini itu lah, contohnya gw aja pernah ketipu beli motor beet street baru kepakai 1 thn servis di Ahassu tiba² suruh ganti lampu alesannya lampu depan rusak + baut katanya ada yg hilang, pedahal itu hanya modus doang, dan alhasil gua bayar liat nota anjir 300k lebih, makan tuh uang haraammm...
