Montirnya ramah dan mau menjelaskan kendala kendala pada motor..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promo yang ada di depan pintu masuknya memang awalnya menarik bagi saya, karena menggunakan akronim yang mirip dengan istilah lockdown versi Indonesia, PSBB (Pasang Sparepart Bebas Biaya)
Karena itulah saat saya mengalami masalah dengan motor di perjalanan, maka yang terpikir pertama adalah bengkel ini.
Tapi apa yang saya temukan dan alami ?
Kekecewaan, dimulai dari saat "interogasi" di meja pendaftaran, keramahan yang dulu pernah saya dapat dari wanita muda (dan cantik) di sana sudah tidak ada lagi.
Kekecewaan kedua, saat minta penggantian sparepart, yakni gearset (rantai dan gir depan belakang), bola lampu utama, bola lampu senja, bola lampu sein, horn alias klakson. Semua dijawab dengan sangat ramah oleh mekanik, bahwa kebetulan sedang kosong semua.
Astaghfirullah, kalau saja si mekanik ini tidak memiliki keramahan itu, pasti sudah sangat memuncak kecewaku, karena sejak awal sebenarnya sudah berekspektasi tingg bahwa ketersediaan sparepart terjamin. Kebutuhan saya yang mendesak semuanya tidak tersedia saat itu. Padahal spesifikasi yang saya butuhkan masih standar dan vital, yaitu gearset, bulb sign, bulb front lamp, horn alias klakson dan sensor speedometer untuk New Megapro, motor lama yang di jalanan lumayan banyak berkeliaran.
Supervisor (tampaknya yang berada di sebelah bagian pendaftaran, duduk semeja berjarak tak lebih dari 1m) hanya duduk dan memperhatikan konsumen yang mendaftar dengan acuh tak acuh sambil nonton TV yang terletak di atas sisi kiri meja pendaftaran, menghadap ke arah ruang bengkel. Tidak memberikan penjelasan sedikitpun pada konsumen.
Cerita lanjutan masih panjang, kalau komplain yang sedang saya ajukan tidak terselesaikan dengan baik, akan saya lanjutkan.
Hari gini nama sebesar AHASS kok nggak bisa jaga reputasi.

The second disappointment, when asking for spare parts replacement, namely the gearset (chain and front rear gear), main light bulb, twilight light bulb, turn signal light bulb, horn aka horn. All were answered very friendly by the mechanic, that coincidence was all empty.
Astaghfirullah, if this mechanic didn't have that kind of friendliness, I would have been very disappointed, because from the start I had high expectations that the availability of spare parts was guaranteed. My urgent needs were all unavailable at that time. Even though the specifications I need are still standard and vital, namely the gearset, bulb sign, bulb front lamp, horn alias horn and speedometer sensor for the New Megapro, an old motorbike that roams the streets quite a lot.
The supervisor (apparently the one next to the registration desk, sitting at a table no more than 1m away) just sits and watches the registering customer indifferently while watching TV which is located above the left side of the registration desk, facing the workshop room. Does not provide the slightest explanation to consumers.
The follow-up story is still long, if the complaint I am submitting is not resolved properly, I will continue.
Today a name as big as AHASS can't maintain its reputation.
