★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dengan layanan bengkel honda AHASS 17654 di Citra Indah City. Pada Kamis 30 Sept 2021 sktr jam 11 an saya service motor vario honda 125.
Saat itu sy bertanya dulu harga service press velg. Karyawati Honda menjawab harga sekitar Rp 200 rb. Saya kemudian jelaskan. "Bulan lalu (sekitar Juli-Agt 2021) berdasarkan penjelasan karyawan Honda di tempat yg sama harganya Rp 150 rb.," kata saya.
Kemudian si karyawati bilang iya pak paling kita turunkan jadi Rp 160 rb. Ya sudah saya pikir karena harganya naik sedikit saya setuju. Agar tak fitnah saya sertakan ya bukti kuitansi (cek tanda yg saya lingkari warna biru). Selain service velg saya juga service ganti oli.
Karena masih menunggu lama dan kebetulan bawa anak, motor saya tinggal di bengkel Honda. Beberapa jam kemudian saya dikabari oleh karyawati bengkel Honda. Sambil memimta maaf ia bilang harga service press velg jadi Rp 250 ribu untuk jenis Honda Vario 125.
Lah saya kaget. Pertama sy tak diberitahu sejak awal padahal saat di bengkel si karyawati lihat langsung jenis motor saya. Kedua, tanpa persetujuan konsumen pihak bengkel Honda menentukan harga secara sepihak tanpa persetujuan konsumen.
Karena velg sudah dikerjakan mau tak mau saya harus setuju. Meski harga press velg berubah dari Rp 260 menjadi Rp 200 rb (agar tak fitnah bukti saya lampirkan. Lihat kuitansi kedua dengan tanda lingkaran biru).
SARAN:
1) Agar kejadian serupa tak berulang menimpa konsumen lain, sebaiknya bertanya dulu secara detail ke pihak bengkel Honda. Kalau perlu minta harga resmi yg tertulis.
2)Pihak Bengkel Honda CIC sebaiknya buat harga resmi atau tertulis service press velg. Beserta spesifikasi jenis motornya Agar konsumen tahu dan tak dirugikan
3) Layanan agar lebih profesional dan transparan. Sekelas bengkel Honda yang merupakan brand besar, harusnya lebih baik dari bengkel lain. Semoga ke depan layanan lebih baik.
Demikian testimoni saya. Bukan bermaksud menjelek jelekan bengkel Honda CIC ya tp demi peningkatan perbaikan layanan. Dan smg jadi pelajaran buat konsumen lainnya.
 I am disappointed with the service of the Honda AHASS 17654 repair shop in Citra Indah City. On Thursday, September 30, 2021, at around 11 am I serviced the Honda 125 Vario.
At that time, I first asked the price of the wheel press service. The Honda employee answered that the price was around Rp. 200 thousand. I then explain. "Last month (around July-Aug 2021) based on the explanation of Honda employees in the same place, the price was Rp. 150 thousand," I said.
Then the employee said yes, sir, at least we can lower it to Rp. 160 thousand. Yes I thought because the price went up a little I agree. So that I don't slander, I'll include proof of receipt (check the sign I circled in blue). In addition to service wheels, I also service oil changes.
Because I was still waiting a long time and happened to bring my child, my motorbike stayed at the Honda repair shop. A few hours later I was notified by a Honda repairman. While apologizing, he said the price for the wheel press service was IDR 250 thousand for the Honda Vario 125.
Well I was surprised. First, I was not informed from the start, even though when I was in the workshop, the employee saw firsthand the type of my motorbike. Second, without the consent of the consumer, the Honda repair shop determines the price unilaterally without the consent of the consumer.
Because the wheels have been worked on, like it or not, I have to agree. Even though the price of the wheel press has changed from Rp. 260 to Rp. 200 thousand (so as not to slander the evidence I have attached. See the second receipt with a blue circle).
SUGGESTION:
1) So that similar incidents do not happen to other consumers, you should first ask in detail to the Honda repair shop. If necessary, ask for the official written price.
2) The Honda CIC Workshop should make an official price or write a wheel service press. Along with the specifications of the type of motor so that consumers know and are not harmed
3) Service to be more professional and transparent. Honda workshop class which is a big brand, should be better than other workshops. Hopefully in the future the service will be better.
That's my testimony. I don't mean to vilify the Honda CIC workshop, but for the sake of improving service improvements. And may be a lesson for other consumers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis 13rb km, di cek awal oleh mekanik harus ganti ini itu, karna menurut saya hanya perlu servis ganti oli dan rem jadi hanya itu yg saya pilih, pas mengerjakan penggantian rem baru terlihat mekanik kurang ahli, pengerjaanya cukup lama dan terlihat seperti mekanik baru
Setelah servis tidak di lakukan test drive dan langsung di minta melakukan pembayaran, setelah saya pulang saat jarak sudah agak jauh baru terasa rem belakang saya malah jd bermasalah setelah di service, setelah di rem hendel rem nya ga langsung balik tapi malah sedikit ngerem
Besoknya saya komplain, komplain saya di layani dengan baik, motor saya di test drive oleh mekanik sebelum perbaikan, namun yg mengecewakannya lagi setelah di perbaiki kenapa tidak test drive lagi untuk memastikan bahwa hasilnya sudah sesuai
Akhirnya setelah di perbaiki ulang tidak terlalu baik, keluhannya masih sama, dari pada saya bolak balik san kecewa lagi akhirnya saya putuskan menikmati saja hasil pengerjaan dari bengkel ini

After the service was not carried out a test drive and I was immediately asked to make a payment, after I came home when the distance was a bit far I just felt my rear brake had a problem after being serviced, after I braked the brake lever didn't come right back but instead braked a little
The next day I complained, my complaint was served well, my motorbike was tested by a mechanic before repair, but what disappointed him again after being repaired why not test drive again to make sure that the results are correct
Finally, after being repaired it wasn't too good, the complaints were still the same, instead of me going back and forth and being disappointed again, I finally decided to just enjoy the work from this workshop
