Ramayana ... it's good that you don't have to say a lot. I want to use this too. It's just more expensive than Handoyo and other buses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk keneknya tolong lebih hati2 bila menurunkan barang, tentengan koper saya sudah 2x patah sm keneknya. Dan selalu bersihkan bus agar terbebas dari banyak kecoa.
For the keneknya please be more careful when lowering the items, with my suitcase already broken by two times. And always clean the bus to be free of many cockroaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ JUJUR! layanan PO Ramayanan Kelas VIP dari Terminal Bawen TIDAK BAGUS. Kami serasa 'ditipu' oleh agen di terminal Bawen. Kami di informasikan bahwa seats VIP 1 + 2 tapi ternyata 2 + 2 dan tidak hanya itu saja, saya mendapatkan seats no 24 tapi ternyata sudah di pakai oleh orang lain. Saya komplain dan akhirnya saya mendapatkan tempat duduk yg random.
Parahnya lagi, saya dapet tempat duduk disamping bapak yg membawa anak umur 4 th an. bapak ini sharing satu tempat duduk untuk 2 orang. Saya maklum dengan bapak ini (demi ngirit) tapi sekaligus merasa kecewa dengan pihak bis. kenapa dibiarin gitu aja.. Mbok ya di saranin buat beli tiket sendiri biar anak nya bisa tidur enak tanpa harus mengganggu kenyamanan penumpang lain.
Tidak hanya disitu aja, AC bus ini tidak beroperasi dengan baik. Suasana di dalam bus jadi tambah sumpek dan gerah ditambah lagi anak disamping saya yg mulai protes karena gerah.
Saya juga kecewa dengan audio bis ini, dari awal mereka hanya memutar lagu dangdut yang itu2 saja, Telinga saya lelah dan tengganggu dengan kualitas audio yg hanya trebel. Tolong dikecilin, penumpang anda butuh ketenangan juga.
Jujur saya stress berat. Saya seperti di brainwashed.
SAYA MOHON DIPERBAIKI LAYANANNYA DARI AGEN SAMPAI PELAYANAN DI DALAM BUS NYA.
HONEST! VIP Class Ramayanan PO service from Bawen Terminal is NOT GOOD. We felt like we were 'cheated' by agents at the Bawen terminal. We were informed that the VIP seats were 1 + 2 but it turned out to be 2 + 2 and that's not all, I got seats no 24 but it was already in use by someone else. I complained and finally I got a random seat.
Worse yet, I got a seat next to the father who brought a 4 year old child. This father is sharing a seat for 2 people. I understand this father (for the sake of saving money) but at the same time I feel disappointed with the bus. why just leave it like that.. I suggest you buy your own ticket so that your child can sleep well without disturbing the comfort of other passengers.
Not only there, the AC bus is not operating properly. The atmosphere on the bus became more stuffy and hot, plus the child beside me started to protest because it was hot.
I'm also disappointed with the audio of this bus, from the beginning they only played the same dangdut songs, my ears were tired and bothered by the audio quality which was only treble. Please minimize, your passengers need peace too.
Honestly, I'm under a lot of stress. I'm like brainwashed.
I PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE FROM THE AGENT TO THE SERVICE IN THE BUS.

Ramayana is delicious, the crew is friendly, don't drop off passengers when you don't miss it. Joss anyway. There's also no morning force now.
