Tapi kenapa kurinya memberikan pada orang lain yang jelas" saya tidak kenal dengan penerima barangnya... Tidak bertanggung jawab tidak sesui SOP.
I was disappointed .. My package was given to someone else ... Even though it was clear that there was my name, Ade Nurudin, there was a cellphone number that I could contact ... But why did the kurinya give it to someone else who was clear "I am not familiar with the recipient of the goods ... Not responsible is not according to SOP.

how come the house is empty, the courier doesn't have a cellphone to contact the recipient or what ??? clearly the address of the recipient's cellphone number is there ...

Delivery without confirmation and looking at Empty HOUSE status / there is no one, delivery at 22.27 pm anyways. It's weird, almost every day the package comes to the house, even though it hasn't arrived yet
