tolong jgn susahin pelangan dong
please report if you want to move the meter you have to come, and there is no form in anything, why can't you just use the phone? 2 days before, I already phoned but said I had to come because I filled in the form etc.
please don't bother the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heran saya kok bisa2nya perusahaan sekelas AETRA hired teknisi gak jelas pada males2an gk niat kerja!!! sudah sejak 4 hari berurut, 3-5 kali call/hari tpi gk ada tindak lanjutnya, saya minta untuk dibuka segelnya karena dikantor org bekerja gk ada aer!!! Padahal sdh di bayar tagihan 2 bulan kedepan sehari setelah disegel!!!
I wonder how come a company like AETRA hired a technician, not clear about being lazy, I don't intend to work !!! It's been 4 consecutive days, 3-5 calls / day but there is no follow-up, I asked to unseal it because at the org's office there is no aeron! Even though the bill has been paid for the next 2 months the day after being sealed !!!
