★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya beli produk Advance buat mendukung brand lokal. Tp saya dikecewakan. Beberapa bulan lalu beli tws warna biru via official store advance Tokopedia, sebulan pakai rusak. Akhirnya saya kirim ke alamat ini untuk klaim garansi, prosesnya lama sekali lebih dari 30 hari hanya untuk membetulkan 1 TWS. Akhirnya setelah menunggu, barang sampai kembali ke saya dengan keadaan:
- beda warna dan produk
- retak dan kusam
- ada T A I TELINGANYA. iya, ada KOTORAN TELINGANYA!.
Saya sudah kompain ke advance Tokopedia, tapi gak puas cuma bintang 1 di sana. Akhirnya sy disuruh mengembalikan barang busuk tsb supaya bisa dikirim yg punya saya. Rugi ongkos Rugi waktu. Ini bukti fotonya saya lampirkan
Initially, I bought Advance products to support local brands. But I was disappointed. A few months ago, I bought a blue tws via Tokopedia's official advance store, a month of using it, it was broken. Finally I sent it to this address for a warranty claim, the process took more than 30 days just to fix 1 TWS. Finally after waiting, the item arrived back to me with the following state:
- different colors and products
- cracked and dull
- there is T A I EARS. yes, there is EAR POIL!.
I have complained to Tokopedia advance, but I am not satisfied with only 1 star there. In the end, I was told to return the rotten item so I could send what was mine. Loss of cost Loss of time. This is the photo proof I attached
