★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi sebelah tempat gym. Strategis dan cukup nyaman, tapi kalo sore agak panas. Disini ga terlalu ramai, jadi enak kalo rame2. Menu non kopi juga ada. Sebelahnya ada penjual berbagai makanan, soto mie, jus, mie ayam.
