★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awal2 kerja sgt manis. Janji garansi bocor sampe 1x musim hujan. Pass musim hujan begini, dikomplen ngotot ‘uda lewat 1x hujan besar’ kan lucu ya. Garansinya jd 1x hujan besar. Pdhl di kontrak musim hujan. trs strukturnya gk rapi dan pekerjaan dindingnya retak2 bikin bocor, cat waterproof nya jga gk rapi seperti gambar terlampir. Attitude pak Adi dan tangan kanannya (arsitek blgnya) Arga saat ada komplen juga sgt buruk dan merasa paling benar. Pokoknya sgt tidak rekomen deh. Pdhl kami bangun dari tanah, bukan renovasi. Ini aja bocor bocor. Tidak rekomen sekali. Manis diawal aja, hati2.

Then the structure is not neat and the wall work is cracked and it leaks, the waterproof paint isn't as neat as the attached picture. The attitude of Mr. Adi and his right hand man (the architect in charge) Arga when he complained was also very bad and felt he was the most correct. Anyway, I really don't recommend it. Pdhl we build from the ground, not renovation. It's not leaking. Not recommend at all. Sweet at first, be careful.
