★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop in this branch because I can find almost what I wanna buy. This is bigger than other Ace Hardware. Staff some are knowledgeable some aren't. But they were kind and helpful.
But when it comes to customer service, it tooks an hour and very SLOW response. We shops almost one troley but we can't take the troley tp the park area.
They promises us to send someone to deliver our things to parking area. But he comes after an hour. And do not know what to do. So disappointing and thinking about going to other branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love to visit Ace Hardware in LW because there are so many stuff and I really love stuff. You can find anything here especially for decorating your house. The service is nice. I once bought a wall charger from here. It was on 2017 and it still works until now. Then I bought the iphone charger cable like 3 weeks ago but it doesn’t work. (dunno why?) maybe the quality of every brand is different.
