ACE ada dilantai yang praktis mengelilingi eskalator naik dan eskalator turun.
Awalnya kami tidak perhatikan layout toko, kami mengalir saja ikut flow, lihat lihat barang, ambil yang kita butuhkan, sampailah keujung dan yang kami butuhkan salah satunya ada di ujung.
Ketika kami tanya mau bayar ke kasir ternyata kami harus ke ujung lainnya ketika ka.i baru masuk, tidak ada jalan pintas, jadi kami harus memutar balik ketempat awal.
Setelah selesai transaksi kami mau keluar dan turun, tralalala... ternyata kami harus kembali keujung tempat tadi ambil keperluan terakhir.. kami berjalan sambil membawa belanjaan yang cukup berat.. dibencandaain lagi dengan kondisi yang cukup menggelikan: disepanjang jalan menuju eskalator turun kami menyelusuri lorong dengan dinding kaca yang memperlihatkan eskalator persis disamping kami yang seolah olah bilang: silahkan Bapak dan Ibu olah raga dulu sebelum naik saya...
Padahal kalau saja ditengah tebgah abtara eskalator naik dan turun ada pintu masuk atau keluar yang mungin cuma perlu lebar 2 meter... penderitaan kami pelanggan tidak akan terjadi... atau lokasi kasir ada ditengah tengah ujung eskalator naik dan turun pasti lebih nyaman bagi pengunjung... atau ujung ke ujung dibuat tembus saja, jadi begitu selesai mengitaru seluruh outlet bisa langsung ke kasir tanpa arus putar balik kembali ketempat semula..
Saya curiga jangan jangan penata layout toko ini hobbynya jalan jalan dan huang buang waktu..
Kalaupun ada keperluan penting dengan ACE yang jelas ACE Rasuna tidak menjadi pilihan saya... saya mampir kemarin karena kebetulan semata, swdang ada perlu di epicentrum dan ingat poin ACE saya akan hangus sebagian di akhir Maret ini..
Mudah mudahan ACE Epicentrum Rasuna bisa lebih kasihan kepada kami pelanggan....
This is a real example of shopping space arrangement that can annoy customers.
ACE is on the floor practically around the up and down escalators.
At first we didn't pay attention to the store layout, we just flowed, looked at the goods, took what we needed, arrived to the end and what we needed was one of them at the end.
When we asked if we wanted to pay to the cashier, it turned out that we had to go to the other end when we just entered, there was no shortcut, so we had to turn back to the starting place.
After completing the transaction we wanted to get out and get off, tralalala ... it turned out that we had to go back to the end of the place to take our last necessities ... we were walking while carrying the groceries that were quite heavy ... a hallway with glass walls that shows the escalator right next to us which seems to say: please, Mr. and Mrs. exercise first before boarding me ...
Even if in the middle of the escalator going up and down there is an entrance or exit that may only need 2 meters wide ... our customer suffering will not happen ... or the location of the cashier is in the middle of the escalator, going up and down would be more comfortable for visitors ... or end to end it is just made through, so when you are done circling the entire outlet you can go straight to the cashier without turning back to where it was before ..
I am suspicious that it is not the shop layout, whose hobby is walking and wasting time ...
Even if there is an important need with ACE, it is clear that ACE Rasuna is not my choice ... I stopped by yesterday because of a coincidence, there is a need for epicenter and remember my ACE points will be partly forfeited at the end of March ...
Hopefully ACE Epicentrum Rasuna can be more sorry for us customers ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is the same with others ace but staff were not available around when we need them to explain about details of items. They were busy cooking something there. Bought a mop but the staff didn’t tell us that it was different details with the one being displayed so it’s useless. Should have improved their customer services
