★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan gak asik, karyawannya gak helpfull malah nyari kesalahan nasabah. Teori untuk satu kejadian beda dengan yang biasa dipakai di asuransi lain. Gak ada senyum dan nada bicara agak ketus. Sepertinya ini tahun terakhir kami pakai pertanggungan asuransi ini, tahun depan pindah ke yang mainstream aja, lebih jelas
The service is not cool, the employees are not helpful, even looking for customer mistakes. The theory for one event is different from what is commonly used in other insurances. There is no smile and the tone of voice is a bit curt. Looks like this is the last year we use this insurance coverage, next year we will move to the mainstream, it's clearer

Pengalaman klaim, benar-sangat mudah dan cepat, datang isi form langsung cek kendaraan, gak sampai 30 menit selesai dan langsung di arahkan ke bengkel resmi ATPM, sudah jelas dong kualitasnya. Cuma 3 hari untuk penggantian bumper depan, repair fender dan velg sudah beres
