★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used this facility for 3 month. The room is very clean, big room, hot water sometimes working, equipped with 24 hours security in charge, very low Wifi speed, daily cleaning by Mr. Iwan (housekeeping) for free. My room is in 3rd floor with 2.6 million per month.
Additional cost for laundry is 200.000 rupiah per month. Be careful with Mr. Saiman the one and only who has the laundry services. His like Mr. Crab in Spongebob with eye full of money. Be careful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently stay here. The facilities are pretty good and it's a new building. Room facilities are good with heater, AC, television and room service. Laundry also available in house with additional fee. Easy to find online transportation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well actually, I'm just driving and picking up my friend here. The boarding house itself is big and there are so many rooms, or we can say it is a multi-floor building. As i see how the occupant greeting my friend, they look like all nice persons. I don't say that i don't like the caretaker, but it just that he is annoy me a little because he talk to much about something that's not important, and badly he like to repeat the topic over and over.
