★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kurang memuaskan, mekaniknya kurang greget , serasa terkesan ingin cepet selesai, kurang detail dan di servis malah kurang enak mungkin setelan nya ga pas. Terus ga di kasih nota kalo kita nya ga inisiatif minta sendiri.
Tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya
Unsatisfactory, the mechanics are not good enough, they seem to want to finish quickly, lack details and the service isn't even good, maybe the settings don't fit. Then we are not given a note if we don't take the initiative to ask ourselves.
Improve the service again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesan pertama : kumuh. Ruang tunggu sedikit, kotor puntung rokok di mana-mana. Parkiran terlalu mepet. Service seadanya, tidak standar beres lain. Dan waktu saya minta, kasir ga memberikan nota/bon jadi ga bisa reimburse untuk motor kantor.
First impression: slum. A little waiting room, dirty cigarette butts everywhere. Parking too tight. A simple, nonstandard service is different. And when I asked, the cashier didn't give a note / receipt so I couldn't reimburse for the office motorbike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mekaniknya kurang bagus dalam penaganan motor... Masa motor baru saya ada rembesan oli ..tanpa di cek langsung info bahwa top packing rusak ??? .. dan harus pesen ke pabrik.... Karena sy kurang puas saya ke bengkel Yamaha putera pos pengumben .. dan di sana langsung di cek dari mana asal rembes oli di mesin.. dan ternyata hanya baut atas mesin ad yg kendor .. tanpa harus ganti PACKING TOP SET....
TOLON MEKANIK BELAJAR LAGI TENTANG PERMASALAHAN MOTOR JANGAN ASAL TEBAK TEBAKAN ...
The mechanics are not good at handling the motorbike... My new motorbike has oil seepage... without checking directly the info that the top packing is broken??? .. and I have to send a message to the factory.... Because I'm not satisfied, I went to the Yamaha Putera repair shop, Pos Pengumben.. and there I immediately checked where the oil seeping came from in the engine.. and it turned out that only the top bolt on the engine was loose.. without having to change the PACKING TOP SET....
MECHANICAL PLEASE LEARN AGAIN ABOUT MOTOR PROBLEMS, DON'T JUST GUESS AWAY...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masa beli motor baru all new yamaha nmax connected (non abs) di kasih helm-nya aerox, udah gitu stnk & plat nomer-nya udah 17 hari masih blm jadi juga (motor di kirim dr tgl 09/02/2022, sampai skrg sdh tgl 25/02/2022). Ini menunjukan kurang profesional. Kapok saya beli disini
It's time to buy a new motorbike, all new Yamaha Nmax connected (non abs) given an Aerox helmet, that's it, the registration certificate & the number plate have been 17 days and it's still not finished (the motorbike was sent from 09/02/2022, until now it's done) 25/02/2022). This shows unprofessionalism. Kapok I bought here
