★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Susah untuk dihubungi, line telpon selalu sibuk dan sepertinya hanya memiliki 1 line telpon saja, pdhl banyak yg membutuhkan informasi terkait ujian dan website aamai yang gangguan.
Via wa juga tidak ada respon
Mohon dpt ditingkatkan lg service nya sebagai lembaga sertifikasi.
 It's hard to contact, the phone line is always busy and seems to only have 1 phone line, although many need information related to exams and the social website is disrupted. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Via wa also no response
Please improve the service as a certification body.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mengalami kendala akses akun AAMAI padahal tidak pernah ubah password. Lalu saya coba klik icon "Lupa Password klik disini", tetapi malah balik lagi ke halaman awal. Hadeuhhh.
Mohon bantuannya untuk menanggapi keluhan saya ini, karena saya sudah coba email berulang² tapi tidak ada respon dan coba menghubungi nomer hotline AAMAI yg tertera juga sama saja gagal terus. Semoga dpt di tingkatkan lagi pelayanannya.

I'm having trouble accessing my AAMAI account even though I've never changed my password. Then I tried to click the "Forgot Password click here" icon, but instead returned to the home page. Hadehhh.
Please help to respond to my complaint, because I have tried emailing repeatedly but there is no response and trying to contact the AAMAI hotline number listed is also the same, it keeps failing. Hopefully the service can be improved again.
Looking forward to the next response. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk. Susah dihubungi via tlpon kantor, slow respon email, dan saat nanya baik2 dijawab dengan logat yg "meninggi". Sudah 2 tahun diperhatikan kaya gitu terus...
Pas recruitment, pake pertibambangan karakter ga yahh ni kantor???

Very bad service. Difficult to contact via office telephone, slow response to email, and when asked nicely, they are answered with a "high" accent. It's been 2 years of watching like this...
When you are recruiting, do you use character considerations in this office?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ call center susah dihubungi, Admin whatsapp nya kurang baik dlm membalas chat. ditanya baik2 dengan sopan dan mengucapkan selamat pagi sbg salam pembuka pesan tapi dibalas hanya dengan forwarded message dari orang lain dengan kata2 yg tidak formal ( kurang pantas sbg balasan ) selain itu jawabannya juga tidak solutif. Buruk sekali pelayanan kantor ini
the call center is difficult to contact, the whatsapp admin is not good at responding to chats. politely asked and said good morning as a greeting message but was answered only with a forwarded message from someone else with informal words (not appropriate as a reply) besides that the answer was also not solution. This office service is so bad
