★ ★ ★ ★ ★ menanggapi ulasan Peter phang, mengenai awen catering masalah tempat parkir yang sempit di awen catering, silakan cek aja.parkir di area perumahan taman harapan indah jelambar sangat luas, parkir titip di rumah duka ? itu bukan kompleks taman harapan indah, beda tempat, itu RUMAH DUKA, parkir dalam Kompleks THI bisa muat 10 mobil lebih, ga usah jauh ke area rumah duka.
Pertama masalah DP untuk acara wedding, semua klien kita kenakan dp untuk masuk jadual kerja, gedung bisa untuk acara jadi resepsi yang berlangsung kita perlakukan protokol kesehatan covid 19 yang sudah pernah kami jalankan untuk Tamu dan bagian terkait katering, kabar yang kami terima dari pihak Quatro klien batal jadi kalau klien membatalkan acara maka uang muka memang tidak bisa dikembalikan sesuai surat konfirmasi yang telah di buat saat awal dp dimana pengantin menyatakan memilih awen dalam acara pernikahannya dan menyatakan surat konfirmasi tidak dapat dibatalkan, kalau memang acara pindah tempat dan awen catering bisa masuk ,kita siap selalu melayani acara krn memang sudah kewajiban kami.
kedua, masalah resto new awen seafood, resto ini beda manajemen dengan awen catering jadi tidak ada hubungan DP buat wedding dengan resto.
ketiga DP dibilang digunakan untuk biaya pesangon PHK staff atau koki, awen catering tidak mem- PHK karyawan atau staff, kita masih di gaji full walau dalam masa pandemi seperti ini, dan kita masih berkegiatan masak normal sesuai protokol kesehatan, karena memang kita jasa makanan, biar kita sehat ikuti arahan protokol kesehatan, situ sehat ? uang 3 juta untuk bayar pesangon ? maaf ya

First, the problem of DP for weddings, all our clients wear dp to enter the work schedule, the building can be used for events to be receptions that take place, we treat the covid 19 health protocol that we have run for guests and catering-related sections, the news we received from Quatro The client is canceled so if the client cancels the event, the down payment cannot be returned according to the confirmation letter that was made at the beginning of the DP where the bride and groom stated that they chose Awen in their wedding and stated that the confirmation letter could not be canceled, if indeed the event moved places and AWEN catering could enter We are always ready to serve the program because it is our duty.
second, the problem of the new awen seafood restaurant, this restaurant is different in management from Awen catering so there is no DP relationship for weddings with the restaurant.

Sangat tdk profesional.
Mereka kerja sama dgn wedding vendor yg B aja.
Catering rumahan, di dlm kompleks yg parkir nya susah sampai titip ke rumah duka.
Deal saat pameran JWF Kemayoran Des 2019 utk hari H tgl 8 Agustus 2020 di CitiM Hotel
Stlh tes food, diminta DP 3 juta.
Stlh di DP, kena pandemi Covid, selama Maret sampai Juli Akhir, tidak ada progress apapun...
Tidak pilih menu, dll.
Seperti yg kita ketahui, di tengah Pandemi, Pernikahan tdk dpt diselenggarakan, mereka tdk produksi makanan, dan Uang DP tidak dapat di voucher kan.
Padahal rencana apabila uang DP bs divoucher kan makan di resto Awen, saya dan 2 keluarga mau makan di Awen.
Sebenar nya bagi mereka jg nothing to lose.
Akhirnya kami harus merelakan uang DP 3 jt terbang begitu saja...
Maklum lah, di masa pandemi, susah cari uang, mungkin utk biaya pesangon PHK Staff atau koki nya Awen...
Inti nya payah, sangat tidak di rekomendasikan, owner yg serakah, admin dan marketing yg tdk profesional...
Lebih baik nambah sedikit, bisa dapat vendor catering lain, dan "YANG TIDAK RUMAHAN"
