★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Ruko (house-shop) complex has more or less 100 shops which are on the left and right of a single, wide and no median street. The front space of many shops serve as a venue for food stalls. Most of the buildings are two story house. Nearly all the shops are occupied so they make this part of Taman Surya Housing Complex vibrant till late at night. This business centre caters middle and upper class which certainly affect the prices and quality control of good and services here. Since the street is wide, it affords the parking which are handled by persons who don't give us parking ticket and just pay 2000 Ruphias both cars and motorcycle without timing. We can find Suoerindo, banks, laundry, car and motorcycle repair shops, handphone and accessories, Buddhist temple, electronic shops, carwash, restaurants, cafe, drugstore, building material shop, driving school, delivery, etc.
