★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebelumnya pernah liat review nasi campur di sini dan penasaran mau beli. Pas banget aku mmeang mampir ke Jelambar buat makan, akhirnya aku pesan take away.
Tidak cuma menjual nasi campur, di sini juga menjual bakpao dan siomay. Lokasinya sederetan sama restonya, namun tempatnya berbeda. Buat nasi campurnya sendiri harus take away karena nggak tersedia meja dan kursi.
Aku mencoba :
1. Nasi Hainam (IDR 55k)
Isiannya juga lumayan banyak. Isinya ada ayam panggang, babi panggang, charsiu, charsiu madu dan telur kecap. Selain itu ada cabe, saus daging dan kuah sayur asin.
Jujur, rasanya beneran memuaskan. Nasi hainamnya nggak pera dan terasa bumbunya serta gurih. Untuk ayamnya pun empuk dan nggak berbau amis.
Sedangkan babi panggangnya renyah dan juga nggak alot. Aku beneran suka semua babi di sini karena nggak bau. Charsiu madunya renyah dan terasa manis. Selain iu charsiunya pun sedikit manis dan empuk, potongannya tebal jadi kerasa dagingnya. Kalau dimakan pakai saus dagingnya yang asin gurih jadi makin enak.
Buat telur kecapnya, bumbunya juga cukup meresap. Kuah sayur asinnya nggak asin, melainkan cenderung gurih. Di dalamnya ada potongan daging babi.

Besides that, the charsiu is a little sweet and tender, the pieces are thick so the meat tastes like it. If you eat it with a salty, savory meat sauce, it becomes even more delicious.
For the soy sauce eggs, the spices are also quite pervasive. The salted vegetable gravy is not salty, but tends to be savory. Inside is a piece of pork.
