No mention of the speed of everything (fast), they provide a comprehensive service including coming on site for passport pick up and offering option of waiving certain procedure which requires in person showing, which is quite an advantage during pandemic. Last but not least, Vincent has been a great communicator, knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I have to say that after comparing among all the Agencies, 8988 deserves the business and they really get the job done fast, smooth and worry free. Will recommend to friends.

โ โ โ โ โ Been here twice and the services are always satisfying. It took only less than 30 minutes from my appointment time to finish all the requirements. You may also apply without appointment, yet took longer time for queue, so make sure you make appointment in advance on the 8988 Indonesia Visa Service website. It took 5 working days (including the day you apply) for your Visa to be finished, so allocate your time far before the due date of your journey.
P.S : If you are a college student, you can create a statement letter from your university stating you are an undergraduate student, and you will not be charged for the Visa fee (still need to pay the service fee, though)
