★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasinya agak jauh dari rumah tp saya bela belain kesini karna review yg bagus dan harga yg terjangkau. Tp pertama kali kesini saya sudah dibuat kecewa. Bukan soal hasil cuciannya, hasil cucian tetap bagus dan bersih. Cucian selesai 2 hari, saya minta diambil siang dan disetujui oleh petugas. Saya memastikan berkali kali untuk bisa diambil siang. 2 hari kemudian saya kesana sore tp ternyata cucian saya masih dicuci. Padahal di bukti pembayaran pun sudah tertulis cucian selesai siang. Saya ke lokasi sekitar 30 menit dan saat sampai saya disuruh balik lg sejam kemudian. Sorry to say tp menurut saya hal itu tidak profesional. That wasted time so much. Semoga tidak terjadi hal seperti ini lg
The location is a bit far from home but I defend it here because of good reviews and affordable prices. But for the first time here I have been disappointed. Not about the results of the laundry, the results of the laundry remain good and clean. The laundry finished 2 days, I asked to be taken in the afternoon and approved by the officer. I confirmed many times to be taken in the afternoon. 2 days later I was there late in the afternoon but apparently my laundry was still being washed. Even though the payment receipt was written, the laundry was finished in the afternoon. I went to the location in about 30 minutes and when I was told to go back an hour later. Sorry to say but in my opinion it's not professional. That wasted time so much. Hopefully nothing like this happens

If you want to take a laundry, you are given the address at Jl. Desa Putra No. 35, but it doesn't exist and doesn't match the map... making it hard to find it...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ langganan laundry disini meskipun 3x baju gua ilang gada pertanggung jawaban . blgnya free laundry krn udh ilangin bju pas di tagih si freenya itu malah blg “gak ngerasa ilangin” mana itu bajunya mahal mahal bisa gitu ilangnya yg baju mahal . mau ngobrol sm yg punya slalu alasan.
laundry subscription here, even though I lost my clothes 3 times, there is no responsibility. blg it's free laundry because I've lost the clothes when I billed the free, it even says "I don't feel lost" where the clothes are expensive, you can lose expensive clothes. I want to talk to someone who has always had a reason.
