★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunggu ambil laundry ampe 20 menit lebih. Mbanya yg nanganin jutek ga ada senyum, ga gesit, padahal banyak customer yg mau ambil tapi santai banget kaya ga ada customer. namanya Mery (liat di name tagnya).
Utk laundrynya bagus seperti 5asec pada umumnya yg mementingkan kualitas.
Overall bagus, cuma pelayanan yg di wolter monginsidi ini tolong tingkatin lg ya service dan SOP pegawainya. Makasih.
 Wait for the laundry to take more than 20 minutes. The lady who handles jutek doesn't smile, isn't agile, even though there are many customers who want to take it but are very relaxed like there are no customers. her name is Mery (see her name tag).
For good laundry, like 5asec in general, which emphasizes quality.
Overall it's good, only the service at Wolter monginsidi, please improve the service and staff SOPs. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very expensive and they do not deliver on time. I picked up my laundry a day after the promised date and I was still waiting for 45 mins to get my clothes. One of the most expensive laundry places to go to with a very bad service. They did however pack my clothes nicely. But for that amount of money I did not expect anything less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no doubt about the cleaning quality. But do not use the service if you don't have driver or assistant to bring or pick up your laundry at this particular outlet. If you happen to be too poor to afford the above luxury or for any reason do really have to come by your very own self, please be prepared to waste at least one hour of waiting time since the queue is always equal to total madness...
