Yang paling saya keluhkan pelayanan penjaganya. Memberitahukan harga berbeda dari saat ditanya dengan saat akan dibayar (lipstick). Waktu saya minta diberikan plastik zoya kecil untuk masing2 kerudung karna saya akan bagi2kan ke masing2 sodara saya (walau saya beli cuma 4) ternyata penjaganya salah berikan kantung plastiknya ke customer lain yang saya tidak tahu dia minta plastik dilebihkan juga atau tidak. Jawaban antar penjaganya: *yah salah masukin ya?"." Iya." "Aku kira itu buat yg td soalnya dia juga beli lebih BANYAK" (7). "yaudah deh mbak. Saya cek dulu, plastiknya masih ada apa ga"

Bergo is incomplete, updates are only a few types.
What I complain about the most is the guardian's service. Notifies the price is different from when asked by when to be paid (lipstick). I love shopping at Zoya ciledug, the staff is friendly and I like the products, especially for Eid, there are so many collections that I like.. but now the shop is moving, the shop is a row of dominos pizza.. so don't bother looking for it
