★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untuk kuenya sih enak yaa. Tapi perihal pelayanan dari pada pegawainya sangat BURUK sekali. Ketika saya pembeli menanyakan perihal jenis kue itu apa yang didalam kaca jawabnya ketus dan dalam kondisi lari-larian. Apakah pegawainya tidak diajari perihal attitude dalam menghadapi konsumen?.
Jujur ingin sekali rasanya saya ketemu dengan owner dari Yuni Cake ini dan menunjukkan pegawai yang sikapnya sangat tidak mengenakan begitu. Saya bukan sekali beli kue di toko ini melainkan setiap minggu brp kali saya pasti beli kue di toko ini dan pegawai di toko ini tidak ada senyum-senyum dan ramah tamahnya. Terima kasih.
As for the cake, it's delicious. But regarding the service from the employees it is very BAD. When I asked the buyer about the type of cake, what kind of cake was in the glass, the answer was curt and in a running condition. Are the employees not taught about attitude in dealing with consumers?
Honestly, I really want to meet the owner of this Yuni Cake and show the employees whose attitude is very unappealing. I have not bought a cake at this shop once, but every week how many times have I bought a cake at this shop and the employees at this shop are not smiling and friendly. Thank you.

So whenever you come here, you'd better be precise of what you want to buy then pay it quick. In time like this, social distancing doesn't apply in this place at all
