★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tune up gagal karena tidak bisa membuka 1 dari 4 busi. Sarannya turun setengah mesin. Tapi saya keberatan akhirnya saya batalkan tune up di situ. Pas lihat bill eh ternyata harus bayar lebih dari setengah harga tune up, padahal baru buka 3 busi saja. Setelah saya pindah ke bengkel lain ternyata busi tersebut bisa dibuka dan selamatlah mobil dari keharusan turun setengah mesin yg tentunya akan membutuhkan biaya tinggi. Pengalaman tsb menambah keyakinan bahwa kita harus senantiasa mencari second opinion. Mohon maaf ini hanya sekedar pengalaman pribadi. Belum tentu kena pada pelanggan lain.
Tune up failed because it could not open 1 of 4 spark plugs. The advice is half the engine down. But I objected I finally canceled the tune up there. When I saw the bill, it turned out that I had to pay more than half the price of the tune up, even though I only opened 3 spark plugs. After I moved to another workshop it turned out that the spark plug could be opened and the car survived from having to go down half the engine which would certainly require high costs. That experience adds to the belief that we must always look for second opinions. Sorry this is just a personal experience. Not necessarily hit by other customers.
