★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located not in the mall, but near the center of the town. Eventhough traffic is the biggest problem to get there, but it worth it. Nice place, direct service from the operator, good communication, and they don't charge you when they failed to assist you with your mobilephone problems

There are only two customer service and make sure you take the queue number after you enter the room. Not too big and limited seats, so be patient to that.
Make sure your gadget is coming from official store if you want to claim the guarantee. If it was coming from distributor, you might be suggested to visit Ramai Mall Malioboro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been here once to repair one of my old xiaomi phone, they always ready for certain spare parts and you could wait it's done. If you have to left your device it'll be done 3 days maximum, unless you really need heavy services (such as replacing mainboard). always keep a backup kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there's one thing that makes me comfy, it's the lovely attitude of its front officer, she's very polite. Everything else is just okay at best.
My first experience returns an "okay, good" value after my phone's LED screen got replaced, free of charge. :)
PROTIP: Make sure you arrive at 10 am sharp, else you'll have to wait for an eternity.
