★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan disini lucu, dipikir ama org loket 1 yg ngurus visa para calo atau dari pihak travel doang. Ditanya alur ngurus kekurangannya malah ga tau, ngasih info ga jelas dan g lengkap akhirnya customer yg disalahin. Customer service juga jelek pelayanannya bener2 ga nunjukkin klo vfs itu punya database yg kuat dan malas nyari berkas atau data, ga komunikatif dan kurang koordinasi dengan yang lain. Review lagi tuh attitude karyawan anda

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sekarang Kerajaan Arab Saudi sudah mewajibkan untuk semua pengunjung kesana harus melakukan rekam biometrik untuk pengurusan visa. Cara daftarnya cuma daftar online appointment (biasanya dibikin sama travelnya kalo umroh/haji atau bisa daftar perseorangan juga), make sure datang at least 15 menit sebelum jadwal appointment karena kalo lewat nanti kalian harua daftar uang dan hitungannya harus daftar yg lounge (which is lebih mahal, standard cuma 120rb), nanti cujup bawa bukti appointment dan paspor aja, pas dateng cuma antri no antrian, tunggu bentar doang paling 10-15 menit (cepet banget karena ada 16 bilik rekam biometrik disini), pas nomor kalian dipanggil, kalian masuk lakukan proses rekam biometrik, bayar disana (cash) trus abis itu nanti dikasih struk gt yang mesti dikasih ke travel kalian untuk pengurusan visa. Untuk saya appointment jam 9.30, jam 10 kurang semuanya sudah selesai, jadi ga ribet prosesnya.

O iya rata rata nelfon tidak dijawab jadi sebaiknya bila ada perlu langsung datang atau ada perwakilan buat cari info kesini.
