★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cozy plaze to work at. There are some banks here : Mandiri, BNI, BCA. For now, seems lack of restaurant option for lunch. But the canteen behind building is large with many stalls. There was a small gate to walk to Elnusa building complex beside, usually to access Elnusa canteen in parking area, but unfortunately it has permanently closed.

Modern, well maintained building with many parking slot available for cars and motorbike.
Nice lobby plus they have a Starbucks outlet on the right side of the lobby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New office building with excellent interiors and secured building, clean, equipped with small garden, banking facilities, food and beverage establishment. It lack of canopy for pedestrian, from the main gate it's a struggle for pedestrian when it's a rainy seasons to enter the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The security in the ticket post is not friendly and hostile. On Monday Apr 15, around 8.30 am. Should be warned and not assigned in the front image of Manhattan Building. Absolutely a horror in the morning for visitor like me. THEY TALK HARSH AND ASKING YOUR NAME before taking the ticket. They should be trained for service not just security scan act. Worse and bad experience.
