★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kecewa dengan pelayanan toko. Unit yang saya beli (kurang dari 1 bulan) bermasalah (keluar air dari pipa,sebelumnya tidak pernah) dan saya minta pengecekan dari pihak toko. Tapi jawabannya itu normal dan kami tidak akan kirim teknisi.

disappointed with the service shop. The unit that I bought (less than 1 month) had a problem (water came out of the pipe, never before) and I asked for a check from the shop. But the answer is normal and we will not send a technician.
I got to ask a couple of times but the answer remains the same "But the answer was normal and we will not send a technician"
VERY DISAPPOINTED. Not according to the covenant that 1 month warranty for the store warranty.

Pemasangan multi s 3 koneksi (3unit outdoor = 9unit indoor) buat kantor listriknya hanya 800watt looh tetapi ketika ruangan sdh dingin wattnya bisa mencapai 450watt .Mantap dah pokoknya.. Makasih sumber jaya mandiri..

Installation of multi s 3 connections (3 units outdoor = 9 units indoor) for the office electricity only 800 watts, but when the room is cold the wattage can reach 450 watts. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two months ago, july 2021, I bought ac split unit and installation. Now, 6 october, daikin trouble shooting team has to come. They found a leak in the R32 pipes (freon). So bad installation of pt. Sumber Jaya Mandiri. Do not recommend this shop.
