The convinient store inside here is a bit pricey I guess... but hey, you can get free hot water here!
Parking lot? Better lower your expectation
We can have 3 lift here... which is... nice...
Mostly offices here, only the first floor is dedicated for convinient store, coffee shop, and... a beauty center
