★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ntabbbs lah servis nya, tapi masukan ajah sedikit pak mungkin kalau ada pergantian spareparts sebaiknya tanyakan dlu mau yang baru atau bekas, biar pelanggan makin puasss :)
Ntabbbs is the service, but just enter a little sir maybe if there is a replacement of spare parts, you should ask first if you want new or used ones, so that customers will be even more satisfied :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setelah diservice, kulkas saya yang tadinya tidak dingin sama sekali menjadi dingin kembali.
Untuk jadwal kedatangan agak telat 1 jam, tapi tidak apa-apa, mungkin ada kendala dalam perjalanan.
Lama proses pengerjaannya sampai 2 jam, sampai benar-benar selesai, kemudian dicek kondisi kulkasnya apakah sudah dingin atau belum.
Setelah semua selesai, lalu teknisi memberikan penjelasan penyebab masalahnya, juga memberikan saran.
Dan service ini bergaransi hingga 1 bulan, jadi kalau masih ada masalah tinggal menghubungi lagi.
Terima kasih sudah memperbaiki kulkas saya.
