Layanan cukup ramah dan harganya tidak berat dikantong, sudah saya bandingkan ditempat lain.... kasus motherboard rusak hanya 350 ribu
Garansinya cuma 2 minggu... tapi sudah 3 bulan laptop masih Ngacir.

The warranty is only 2 weeks ... but it's been 3 months since the laptop is still messing up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Motherboard CPU sangat puas disini.. hanya nunggu 2 hari hidup kembali. Padahal sudah divonis rusak ganti dg spek yg sama harga 900rb an. Bawa kesini cuma keluar 100rb, beres.. Tp wajib bawa lengkap cpu utk mempermudah proses. Makasih Pak Widi atas layanannya..
Service motherboard CPU very satisfied here .. just wait two days back to life. Though already sentenced to replace damaged dg priced 900rb same spec's. Bring it here, it only comes out 100 thousand, all right ... But you must bring a complete CPU to make the process easier. Thank you Mr. Widi for the service ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya mendapat pengalaman yang tidak nyaman. Komunikasi tidak berjalan baik. Saya masukkan laptop pada sore hari, diterima dan dijanjikan 5-7 hari pengerjaan. Setelah 7 hari, teknisi minta tambahan 3 hari. Hari ke 10, nomor telp yang ada di lembar penerimaan service tidak diangkat dan pesan tidak dibalas. Saya telp dan sms terus selama 2 hari. Hari ketiga baru dibalas, pesan pendek dan tidak informatif. Isi pesan minta tambahan waktu pengerjaan selama 3 hari. Hari ke 17 saya datangi tokonyalagi, setelah pesan tidak dibalas, ternyata ada kendala dan Teknisi tidak mau kerjakan sebelum saya datang dan memberi konfirmasi mengambil resiko perbaikan, padahal bisa dilakukan via telepon. Setelah potensi risiko saya acc, laptop lanjut dikerjakan selama 5 hari. Pada hari yang dijanjikan, saya kontak kembali via sms, dibalas di hari berikutnya. Ternyata tidak berhasil diperbaiki dan tetap seperti di kondisi awal. Akhirnya saya bawa ke tempat servis lain.
Saya sungguh kecewa, bukan karena hasil pekerjaan yang gagal, tetapi karena komunikasi yang buruk. Sebagai customer saya merasa harus mengemis akan kemajuan servis atas laptop saya. Percuma ada kontak nomor handphone yang dicantumkan dalam form service bila komunikasi harus delay 1-2 hari.
Saya tidak merekomendasikan anda untuk service disini bila laptop yang hendak anda perbaiki dibutuhkan mendesak. Selain itu, anda perlu datang secara fisik terus menerus untuk mendapatkan layanan. Lupakan saja kontak melalui no telp.
Saya membuang waktu 21 hari, ongkos transportasi dan komunikasi.
Sangat disayangkan.
I had an uncomfortable experience. Communication is not going well. I put the laptop in the afternoon, received and promised 5-7 working days. After 7 days, the technician requests an additional 3 days. Day 10, the telephone number on the service receipt sheet is not picked up and the message is not replied. I called and texted for 2 days. The third day was replied, a short message and not informative. Fill in the message asking for additional processing time for 3 days. Day 17 I went to the store again, after the message was not returned, there was a problem and the Technician did not want to do it before I came and gave a confirmation taking the risk of repairs, even though it could be done via telephone. After my potential risk acc, the laptop continued for 5 days. On the promised day, I contact again via text message, reply the next day. Apparently it was not successfully repaired and remained as in the initial conditions. Finally I take it to another service location.
I was really disappointed, not because of the results of failed work, but because of poor communication. As a customer I feel I have to beg for service progress on my laptop. It's useless to have a cellphone number contact listed in the service form if the communication has to delay 1-2 days.
I do not recommend you to service here if the laptop you want to repair is needed urgently. Apart from that, you need to come physically continuously to get service. Forget the contact via phone number.
I wasted 21 days, transportation and communication costs.
It is unfortunate.
