★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tgl 7 Jan 2022 kompos gas sy di sercive & saat itu msh blm tahu sdh benar apa blm krn di suruh jgn gunakan dulu. Tgl 9 Jan 2022 sy coba ternyata msh sama keadaannya spt seblm di service. Sy sdh komplaim ke teknisi & tdk mendptkan jwban yg pasti. Sy hubungi kantor melalui wa Krn tlp ga di angkat & smp saat ini 14 Jan 2022 msh blm jg dpt kepastian mslh kompor sy tsb. Pdhl di invoice ada garansi 1 bln. Tlg jaga kepercayaan konsumen, jgn pas ada mslh spt lepas tangan, di mana tanggungjawabnya
On 7 Jan 2022 my gas compost was serviced & at that time I still didn't know if it was correct or not because I was told not to use it yet. On January 9, 2022, I tried it, but it was still the same condition as before it was serviced. I have complained to the technician & didn't get a definite answer. I contacted the office via wa because the phone wasn't picked up & until now, 14 Jan 2022, I still haven't gotten any confirmation about my stove. Pdhl on the invoice there is a 1 month warranty. Please take care of the consumer's trust, don't let there be problems like hands off, where is the responsibility
