★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I thought this place was a regular Rumah Makan Padang which served gulai, rendang etc in their menu. but in fact, they didn't. They served grilled fish & chicken (with a great amount of seasoning which was so good), grilled egg (the fried egg like in regular warung nasi padang but then grilled with grilled seasoning), short ribs soup and deep fried jengkol. omg! if u had problems with Jengkol smell, then I won't recommend this place. We came here in ramadan season, so it's quite packed with groups and families. They had lesehan and chairs in dining area, but so dirty. Asked for the spiciest sambal they had instead of terasi, coz for regular menu they will serve u with sambal terasi only. Their other sambal was so good. The short ribs soup was totally recommended, super rich in beef broth and spices.

They got this bbq Ribs that's juicy as hell. The difference from other bbq ribs, in here they marinate the ribs with Gulai sauce. So the taste is mindblowing.
The also got a bbq cramble egg, that's cooked with the sampe technique as rhe ribs.
Both the bbq ribs and scramble egg is worth to try.
Tips: come here before 12.00 so you'll have the complete option of the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious grilled menu, authentic taste from Padang Silungkang, the one and only at Jakarta. The Prawn and Rib is the best for me. Every menu will serve with a bowl of soup/broth for free. Affordable. Adequate parking space. Defenitely 5 star rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Humble gazebo restaurant that serves Indonesian local food. The place is quite spacious and semi outdoor. No aircon. We decided to take away and ordered several dishes to eat at home since it is still pandemic. We ordered iga bakar, ayam bakar, ikan gurame bakar half, dendeng batokok, and telur dadar bakar. Got the soup for free but also a bit too oily. Food quality is decent with very affordable price. We paid about 110k rupiah for all those. The iga bakar we got most part are the fat.. dendeng batokok also a bit too oily. Ikan gurame and telur dadar bakar is the best, love the bumbu. Ayam bakar also not bad. Limited parking space though.
