Point Plus :
- kamar rutin dibersihkan seminggu 2x
- layanan pembersihan unit AC langsung request, tidak ada tambahan biaya, pengerjaan cepat
- ada dapur bersama di lt 1, 2, 3
- disediakan air minum merk vit di lantai 1, 2, 3
- ada communal area untuk nyantai
- kadang ada acara gathering dengan tenant lain di area communal
- kadang ada promo tertentu jika melakukan pembayaran langsung di 3/6/12 bulan
- parkir motor dan mobil yang aman selalu dikunci
- parkir motor tertutup, shg tdk merusak motor
- ada rukeemart sbg alternative untuk rukees beli jajan darurat secara mandiri
- bisa request kamar di lakukan penyemprotan
- crew yang ramah dan sopan
Point Minus :
- air sering ngadat (keluar angin), masalah ini top complain disini, dibenerin, nanti cuma tahan sekian minggu balik lagi, complain lagi, gt aja terus
- wifi yg lumayan sering tiba2 down, sampe kadang males komplain
- house keeping yang sering gonta ganti
- kamar mandi umum yang akhir akhir ini kebersihannya kurang dibanding sebelum2nya
- dulu pengalaman tinggal di kamar 401, sudah 4x komplain masalah langit2 bocor, teknisi datang benerin tapi entah kenapa tetap bocor, sampai komplain ke 5 nya sdh tdk betah krn bocornya sampe netes kemuka, saya minta pindah kamar, namunnnnn dikenakan tarif yg baru, kamar berasa di downgrade jauh, yang menurut saya sangat amat tidak worth it
- harga yang makin naik
- parkir mobil bayar 300k namun terbuka
- parkir mobil dan motor ada ekstra charge yang harganya mayan pricey
- kamar relatif sempit
- kualitas springbed kurang bagus terlalu letoy
- token listrik di dalam, jadi saya yg kamarnya skg dekat token sering terganggu dengan bunyi2 token yg otw habis
Ini hanya review saya selama tinggal setahun disini, semoga kedepannya menjadi lebih baik lagi, harganya juga lebih dipikirkan lagi
Experience living here from March 2021 - February 2022:
Plus Points:
- rooms are regularly cleaned 2x a week
- direct request for AC unit cleaning service, no additional costs, fast work
- there is a shared kitchen on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor
- Vit brand drinking water is provided on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floor
- there is a communal area to relax
- sometimes there are gathering events with other tenants in the communal area
- sometimes there are certain promos if you make direct payments on 3/6/12 months
- secure motorbike and car parking always locked
- closed motorbike parking, so it doesn't damage the motorbike
- there is a rukeemart as an alternative for rukees to buy emergency snacks independently
- can request a room to be sprayed
- friendly and polite crew
Minus Points:
- the water often crashes (breathing out), this problem is a top complaint here, fixed, it will only last a few weeks, come back again, complain again, just keep going
- wifi which is quite often down, until sometimes lazy to complain
- Housekeeping that changes frequently
- public bathrooms that have recently been less clean than before
- In the past, the experience of living in room 401, had complained 4 times that the ceiling was leaking, the technician came to fix it but for some reason it still leaked, until the 5th complaint, I didn't feel comfortable because the leak had dripped to the surface, I asked to change rooms, but was charged a new rate, room I feel like I've been downgraded a lot, which in my opinion isn't really worth it
- prices are increasing
- car park paid 300k but is open
- there is an extra charge for parking for cars and motorbikes, which can be expensive
- relatively narrow room
- the quality of the springbed is not good too letoy
- the electricity token is inside, so I, whose room is near the token, is often disturbed by the sounds of the tokens running out
This is only my review during my one year stay here, hopefully in the future it will be even better, the price will also be more thoughtful
