★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place not maintained well (terrible sound system), terrible service. The tamago not half boiled like the advertisement. And the Ramen (tonkatsu) taste not fresh, better looks another Ramen Restaurant than this one.....

Unsatisfactory sevice.
The waiters not alert & difficult to call.
I also think that there is lack of training.
No temperature check
The place is quite clean, but there was almost no physical distancing.
May be because the place is small & full with big table.
Today I ordered tonkatsu ramen (as recommended), shiro ramen, gyoza teishoku, & takoyaki.
For me the soup of ramen was too light & the noodle had unpleasant taste. (No refill for noodle)
The gyoza was so so, quite small & too oily
Chahan (fried rice) as gyoza set menu was like chinese fried rice & too salty, as well as the shoyu soup.
For the takoyaki, it was freshly made, but the batter is tasteless, so the taste just came from the sauce & mayonaise. It also quite small.
And the most important, I think it was quite pricey for all the menu.
Overall, I'm not recommend this restaurant.

The wait staff are knowledgeable about the menu when asked for details.
There was a buy 2 get 1 free promo when we dined there. Chose to pass because it had to be eaten there, can't be taken home, and we were full.
