★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah ramah sekali petugasnyaa.. dr.KIA jugaa ramah gak jutek dll..
Dan beruntung disana gak harus antri pdhl jam 8 ksananyaa...
 Alhamdulillah, the officers were very friendly ... Dr. KIA was also friendly, not dirty, etc ...
And lucky there, you don't have to queue at 8 o'clock ksananyaa ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terlihat dari luar gedung nya sudah sangat bagus setelah direnovasi .
Tetapi pelayanannya sangat lambat , penanganannya terhadap orang sakit sangat lah lambaattt .... Kasihan lah pasien yg sedang sakit nungguin penanganan dokter nya keburu sekarat.
Jika dokter sakit atau cuti , ada dokter pengganti nya .
Tolong untuk bapak gubernur DKI jakarta , pelayanan untuk puskesmas kemanggisan di tingkatan lagi.
Klo diperhatikan dokter dipuskesmas kemanggisan suka datang telat tidak tepat waktu .
Dan jam 11 udah tutup loket , kemudian pasien yg mau berobat di oper ke puskesmas palmerah , eh udh dipuskesmas palmerah di marah2in sama dokter nya . Gimana sih pelayanannya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ periksa kehamilan cuma senin dan jumat. operasional mulai jam 8.00 tapi antrian udah dibuka dari jam 6 kurang. antrian gigi paling sedikit, jam 6 lewat udah ga kebagian. kursi tunggu terbatas.
Check pregnancy only Monday and Friday. operational starts at 8.00 but the queue already opened from 6 hours less. the queue of teeth at least, 6 o'clock past already missed. waiting chairs are limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -ke poli gigi harus antri dari jam 5.30. dibatasi cuma 12 antrian.
-Scaling gigi (bersihkan karang gigi) walaupun pakai BPJS, tetap harus bayar, engga gratis.
-rahang atas & bawah harganya normal 360rb.
-tapi tindakan tidak bisa di hari H, melainkan harus datang lagi minggu depannya jam 5.30 subuh lagi untuk ambil nomor antrian lagi.
-minggu depannya walopun sudah perjanjian tindakan dan datang jam 5.30 subuh, kalo lewat dari 12 antrian, tetap tidak dilayani.

-Scaling teeth (clean tartar) even though using BPJS, still have to pay, not free.
upper & lower jaw price is normal 360rb.
-but the action cannot be on D-day, but must come again next week at 5.30 in the morning again to take the queue number again.

Cuma apotekernya yg kurang ramah
Tp saya sudah 2x datang di jam 1 di hari weekday dan ternyata sudah tutup, security bilang ada training/ meeting dan saya disuruh ke puskesmas palmerah.
Apakah jika training/ meeting melibatkan seluruh staff sehingga memaksa tutup awal??
The service is pretty good, the doctor is kind, friendly, asking lots of our complaints
Only the pharmacist is not friendly
But I came 2x at 1 o'clock on weekdays and it was closed, security said there was a training / meeting and I was told to go to the Palmerah puskesmas.
What if the training / meeting involves all staff so that it forces an early closure?
