★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama ke sini belum pernah dapat pelayanan yang baik dan ramah, baik itu saat menggunakan bpjs ataupun tidak.. bukannya menenangkan pasien tpi menegangkan pasien bahkan sampai trauma
So far I have never received good and friendly service, whether using BPJS or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya lihat dari review bahwa banyak juga yang mendapatkan pelayanan tidak ramah seperti saya. Saya pernah tambal gigi disini tanpa BPJS tapi pelayananya sungguh membuat saya menjadi sanggat trauma dan gamau lagi ketemu ibu itu saking takutnya. saya berharap manajemen puskesmas melakukan perbaikan internal supaya pelayanan kepada masyarat menjadi lebih baik lagi.
I see from the reviews that many also get unfriendly service like me. I've had my teeth filled here without BPJS but the service really made me very traumatized and didn't want to see the mother again because I was so scared. I hope that the management of the puskesmas will make internal improvements so that services to the community will be even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan sangat buruk , bidan dan pelayan kasir judess , orang berobat ksana gak pakai bpjs, mau bayar cash ajaaa pelayananya buruk apa lg yg pakai bpjs !! Ingat ya kalian d gajih untuk krja d sana melayani masyarakat dngn baik , bukann seperti itu krja seperti males"an ngelayanin masyarakat , ingat yaa kalian cuma krjaa dan d gajih untuk itu jgn seolah kalian bosss !!
Very bad service, midwives and cashiers are rude, people for treatment don't use BPJS, they want to pay cash, the service is bad, what else is using BPJS!! Remember, you are paid to work there and serve the community well, it's not like that, you are lazy to serve the community, remember that you are only working and being paid for it, don't act like you are bosses!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gw tau ini gratis vaksin. Gw tau kalian capek. Tp bisa gak kalo ngasih tau tuh yg enak. Jgn ngundang org ikut marah. Nada ibu ibunya kenapa ya naik naik gitu. Pertama kali vaksin vaksin jam 10 plg jam stgh 3 ngotak gk. Org nanya dibentak. Gk profesional. Terkhusus ibu ibu yg lg diri itu 2 x ktemu 2 x ngasih kesan yg jelek.
I know it's free vaccine. I know you are tired. But can you not tell me what's good. Don't invite people to be angry. Why is her mother's tone rising like that? The first time the vaccine is at 10 pm, after 3 hours, it's working or not. The org asked was snapped. Not professional. In particular, the mothers who are still alone have met twice and gave a bad impression.
