1. Peralatan kurang lengkap (ga bawa tangga sendiri, ga bawa selang sendiri, ga bawa ember sendiri). Padahal alat2 itu yg pasti dia butuhkan. Kalau aja pemilik rumah ga punya bagaimana? pasti jadi kendala nyari2 dulu.
2. Kerjaan belum beres udah pulang. AC saya keluhannya tidak dingin, dia cek katanya freon abis krn ada sambungan yg kendor, jd isi freon baru 320 rb. Pas isi freon baru saya tanya indikator full nya sampai brp, dia jawab 18 psi, trus saya tinggal dan minta dikabarin setelah udh 18 psi tapi jgn dicabut dulu selang freonnya utk memastikan benar sdh 18 psi. Baru 10 menit saya tinggal, dia cabut selang freonnya dan siap2 mau pulang katanya udh magrib dan ditelpon istrinya suruh pulang. Saya sgt kecewa dan merasa ditipu krn saya baca di internet utk isi freon minimal 30 menit. Tapi saya tetap bayar full 370 rb dengan cuci AC (biaya 50rb). Katanya garansi 3 bulan tapi saya hubungi utk cek AC lg susah bgt. Janji mau datang tapi sampai saat ini ga datang2. Orangnya persis yg di foto.
3. Setelah saya cek yg kasih bintang 5 memang banyak orang mereka sendiri dan bukan pengalaman real seperti saya.

1. Equipment is incomplete (don't bring your own ladder, don't bring your own hose, don't bring your own bucket). Even though those tools are definitely what he needs. If only the house owner doesn't have anything? must be a problem looking for first.
2. Work has not been done already home. I complained the air conditioner was not cold, he checked he said freon after the connection was loose, so the contents of the new freon 320 rb. When I asked the contents of the new freon, I asked the full indicator until I reached, he answered 18 psi, then I stayed and asked to be informed after 18 psi, but don't revoke the freon interval first to make sure it was correct to 18 psi. Only 10 minutes I stayed, he pulled out the freon hose and ready to go home he said already evening and called his wife to go home. I am very disappointed and feel cheated because I read on the internet for freon contents for at least 30 minutes. But I still pay the full 370 rb with washing AC (cost 50 thousand). He said a 3-month warranty but I contacted to check the AC is really difficult. The promise would come but until now it didn't come. The exact person in the photo.
3. After I check the love of 5 stars there are indeed many people of their own and not a real experience like me.
