★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penipu. ROI dijanjikan minimum 8% ternyata setelah menunggu dr 2013 sampai 2019 diberikan hanya 5jt setahun dari harga 1,156M. Jgnkan 8%, 1 % pun tdk ada. Penipu ulung wika realty. Krn direksinya suka markup, korupsi foya2.... Memalukan.. Yg kasih bintang 5 dan 4 itu karyawan2 mereka mknya terlihat sangat hebat padahal bobrok. Kalau konsumen kayak aku jika ada minus aku kasih yg paling buruk sesuai dg fakta.. Dlm waktu dekat akan ada gugatan penipuan yg dilakukan wika. Sy sendiri juga a kan melakukan gugatan penipuan yg sdh dilakukan oleh wika realty direksi wika realty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkir sangat terbatas...cukup buat karyawannya....kl sekedar tamu tp g VVIP...sangat susah untuk dapat parkir mobil.
Parking is very limited ... enough for the employees .... if only guests, but VVIP ... it is very difficult to be able to park the car.

Kalau kita jalan kaki, ada jalan khusus pejalan kaki buat ke lobby tapi kalau kita pake kendaraan ntr sebelum ambil kartu parkir kita di cek dulu ama sekuriti pake sensor gitu
Kalau kita mau parkir kita ambil jalan yg turunan tuh ke basement tapi kalo kita dropoff lobbynya ada di samping kiri gedung
di depan pintu masuk ada mbak2 resepsionis yg cuntik2 kita bakal di tanya mau kemana trs nulis buku tamu terus dikasi card buat masuk k area gedung
satu lagi nilai plus menurut aku ya... pas kita turun dari mobil ada security yang bantuin buka pintu kita, jarang banget kaya gini kecuali di hotel bintang tertentu
bersih banget gedungnya, toilet apalg, oh iya kantor WR ada d lt 8 untuk teknik, 12 dan 15 untuk selain itu, cuma sayangnya kita kudu sabar antri lift
15 lt dan lift nya cuma 4 dengan volume orang di gedung itu

If we walk, there is a special pedestrian road to get to the lobby but if we use the NTR vehicle before taking the parking card we will check first with the security using the sensor
If we want to park, we take the derivative road to the basement, but if we dropoff the lobby is on the left side of the building
in front of the entrance there are receptionists who are injecting we will be asked where are we going to write a guest book and then give a card to enter the building area
one more plus in my opinion yes ... when we get out of the car there is security that helps open our doors, it's very rare like this except in certain star hotels
the building is really clean, the toilet is ok, oh yeah the WR office is in lt 8 for engineering, 12 and 15 for other than that, just unfortunately we have to be patient waiting in line
15 lt and the elevator is only 4 with the volume of people in the building
