CS nya perempuan tetep aja nyerocos sampe setengah teriak bilang " TELFON KE EXTENSION 5333405" padadal mau minta penawaran harga tapi sikap pertama dari telfon sangat gak baik, ya mana saya tau kalau telfon nya beda extension, kan saya telfon yang tertera di Google! Saya tanya baik2 namanya siapa jawabnya ketus "SAYA OB DISINI!" Tolong di kasih training cara menjawab telfon, perusahaan segede ini attitude nya gak ada!
It's the first time I've called, I've been so curt! Even though the phone is good to introduce yourself from where. The female CS just kept on screaming until she half shouted "CALL TO EXTENSION 5333405" even though I wanted to ask for a price quote but the first attitude from the phone was not very good, how would I know if the phone had a different extension, I called the one listed on Google! I asked nicely what his name was, the answer was curt "I AM OB HERE!" Please give training on how to answer the phone, this big company doesn't have an attitude!
