★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service sangat buruk. Klo ada apa2 sukanya lempar2in ke teknisi/ cs cabang , sukanya janji telepon tapi ga pernah telepon. Klo cs pusat dikejarin nyolot balik bilangnya sy udah xxxx ya tapi klo yg dikerjain gak ada hasilnya buat apa ? Udah nyolot balik, sy mau kejar sendiri ke teknisi atau cs cavang tidak boleh/ gak ada yg angkat tlpon juga. Klo cs pusat emg mau handle semua enquiries dan org ga boleh kontek lgs ke org lapangan ybs , ya kerjain yg bener dong. Susah banget urusan sama cs dan layanan electrolux. Klo ga perccaya itu cek aja record percakapan tlpon sy dgn cs anda. Udah mesin cuci rusak terus dibetulin nya susah, mending g ganti produk.
Very bad customer service. If there is nothing like throwing it to the branch technician / cs, likes to promise a telephone but never called. If the center is being persuaded to say back, I already have xxxx, but if what is being done is not working for what? Already stuck back, I want to go alone to the technician or cavang cs should not / no one picks up the phone too. If the cs is the center, I want to handle all inquiries and people can't contact LGs in the field, please do it properly. It's very difficult to deal with cs and electrolux services. If you don't believe it, just check your phone conversation record with your CS. The washing machine is broken and it's fixing, it's hard to replace the product.
