★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open 24 hours they said but apparently not always ready with the service. With no other customer when we came on at noon on a Saturday, printing an already customized design into A3-sized HVS papers should be quick job, but it took so long because a staff who can do that was out and nobody was willing to take initiative and responsibility. Not long, another customer came in, served right away with her printing needs, and it took only an instant to finish.
Finally after more than half an hour, our order came out and when we asked them to trim the papers, they charged us an exorbitant price for that.
We decided to just pay for the printing, leave and never to return again - for good.

You can bring your own art paper, the machine is HP indigo 7500, Ricoh-Heidelberg
The HP Indigo 7500 is actually pretty good for printing your own created design or illustration, the color is very vibrant and super strong.
the service is okay, the staff who take care the file is very quick in layouting the design, so the paper is sure maximized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made this review, because I have printed my photo books here. The service quite good but, I was satisfied with the printing, the colour good enough, but I don't know why, when they finishing my photo books, so many disablement. My photobook was sewing binding, and they did not do it orderly also it seen at the paper cuts. I was complain for three times, then they did apologise. My suggestion, when you want to print in here, ask to make sample first, then if it oke, you can continue to print it. After finished, you should check your printing one by one, to make the quality control good. Hope this review are useful.
