★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DISSAPOINTED. Got a voucher from Panorama Tour for a canvas photo. I ordered on 18 January, received an email stated it would be processed on 28 January and delivered within 10-15 working days. However I did not not recive anything within those days so I called on 21 February. They said that it was on packaging process and would be delivered on 24 February. Sadly, I still did not receive anything yet until today, 7 March (We are in the same city). On the other hand, I ordered another items from their website on 30 January and it arrived just in 3 days.
Conclusion: Free items/ printerous voucher = bad service. No confirmation email for delayed items, no explanation. Nothing.

Their product have great quality, with their price. They also have other business named "Arterous" that sells illustration goodies made by Indonesian artist. A must see and must buy item to support local artist :)
