★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mbak2 yang didepan sangat tidak sopan, ga ramah sama sekali. saya punya pengalaman buruuuuk sekali. memang kualitas foto dsini lumayan bagus. mbak yang diluar harus diperingati sama ownernya untuk sopan sama customer, atau ganti aja skalian.
 the ladies in front are very rude, not friendly at all. I have a very bad experience. the quality of the photos is pretty good. Ms. outside must be commemorated with the owner to be polite to the customer, or just replace the scaling.

the mba2 at the middle front desk were very disrespectful when serving customers very different from other employees such as photographer and editor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawan nya Ga ada yg ramah.. apalagi sopan .. ngasih informasi dan jelasinnya aja ky org malas... Klo ga niat kerja ga usah kerja mba..mas.. ngerugiin usaha org.. jd males photo disitu.. pdhl Pengantin sy mw photo prewed tadi nya.... Ganti aja karyawannya klo mw usah nya maju.. dan hrs ada SOP nya klo kerja..
None of the employees are friendly .. let alone polite .. just give information and explain it if the person is lazy ... If you don't intend to work, you don't have to work, mba..mas .. mw the prewed photo earlier ... just change the employee if you need to move forward ... and there must be an SOP when working ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk worker, the lady with thick eye makeup, is very rude and unprofessional. There have been many reviews complaining about the service, dating back to 3 years ago, but nothing has changed. Photo edits do not look genuine, one can do a better job editing the photos from a smartphone. Totally disappointing.
