★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya beli via traveloka eats, trs diharuskan menggunakan kantong. saya beli kan kantongnya 5000, tp sampai rmh hanya dikasih kantong plastik 2. saya complain ke traveloka, langs disambungkan ke kasirnya, bukannya empati minta maaf, dg enaknya bilang ga ada tas adanya kantong, ya ngapain diwajibkan. trs saya minta 5000 sy, tp nyuruh kurirnya balik lg kasi 5000 saya. emg kurir nya yg salah apa, di suruh bolak balik sama kasirnya, pas sy komplain ttg sikapnya malah mau transfer 5000. aduh...karyawan kaya gn kok dipertahanin sih
