★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desain perumahan Andra Martin, sangat beda dari perumahan pada umumnya. Sayang masih agak jauh dari stasiun dan masih banyak lubang. Mungkin kedepannya bsa diperbaiki apabila sudah ada jalan tambang. Yang minat saya rekomen marketing dengan Mas Panca - 087783141228
 Andra Martin's housing design, is very different from housing in general. It's a shame it's still a bit far from the station and there are still many holes. Maybe in the future it can be repaired if there is already a mining road. Those who are interested, I recommend marketing with Mas Panca - 087783141228

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebenarnya agak atau menyesal beli unit disini.
Mulai dari proses pembelian hingga serah terima kesannya sangat mengecewakan.
Saat PPJB agen/sales hanya datang kemeja ruang tunggu dan memberikan dokumen ppjb tanpa ada penjelasan sedikitpun tentang point2 ppjb tersebut, hanya datang,duduk dan menyuruh paraf tiap lembar, seperti amatir atau males menjelaskan kepada konsumen.
Begitu juga saat BAST.
Kalah dengan dev sebelah.
Dan saat melihat unit secara lansung, hal yg saya pikirkan adalah bangunan seperti di kerjakan dgn buru2, banyak bagian2 yg sangat2 mengecewakan, secara ini desain arsitek terkenal, saya jadi mempertanyakan apakah ini benar desain Andra atau hanya mengunakan namanya saja?

Actually rather or regret buying the unit here.
Starting from the purchase process to the handover the impression is very disappointing.
When PPJB agents/sales only come in waiting room shirts and provide PPJB documents without any explanation whatsoever about the PPJB points, they just come, sit down and order the initials of each sheet, like an amateur or lazy to explain to consumers.
Likewise during BAST.
Lost to the dev next door.
And when I saw the unit in person, what I thought was that the building seemed to have been done in a hurry, many parts were very disappointing, this is a well-known architect's design, so I question whether this is really Andra's design or is it just using his name?
Note "don't buy a cat in a sack"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udah mulai selesai. Rumahnya ada jendela ke depan dan plafon dalamnya miring dibanding rumah yang di cluster pertama (Acacia). Warna putih dan terlihat seperti berdinding bata tapi ternyata vinyl. Untuk tambahan jendela dan miringnya plafon adalah sentuhan yang bagus untuk cluster ini sehingga bagian dalam rumah terlihat lebih luas dan berbeda dengan cluster Acacia
It's already started. The house has a window to the front and the inside ceiling is sloping compared to the house in the first cluster (Acacia). It's white in color and looks like it's brick walled but is actually vinyl. For additional windows and the sloping ceiling is a nice touch for this cluster so that the inside of the house looks wider and different from the Acacia cluster.

I'm sure the housing will be neat.. for prospects it's also richly interesting after reading a lot of long parung literacy.. suitable to be placed in 5 more years..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like to seek a good air, decent scenery of mount salak, and don't mind occasional water & electric service dying, this is the one. The plus side of this housing complex they're trying to be premium as possible within this service barrens land. No electric wire hanging from home to home, one gate system so you don't need to spend money on your own fence, also a good road within the housing complex, the road is superbly better than access road to this first cluster though, the access to place from parung panjang is notorious for being difficult. Especially at night, better spend your night elsewhere if you trying to go here beyond 8pm.
Also since you're closer to nature expect many bugs & critters around, I just don't expect the fact I had to hunt for many rats though in my house.
I think they should relax the price of their store complex, I don't see that's viable price considering they try to populate this place.
